HOW DO I RETURN THE EXTENTIONS?
When you need to return the hair extension, simply place it into the provided envelope, postage included, and post it. Once we confirm receipt of the hair extension and receive them we will return your deposit. It's Simple! We work hard to make the extension rental process hassle free so that you can get the beautiful look you dream of.
BRIDAL DAY HAIR EXTENTIONS
We also offer Bridal Day Hair extension services when you have your bridal hair done at our Wilmington, NC locations. Ask us about this service for your special wedding day!
How it works
Affordable Rental
$275.00 deposit fee and $100.00 will be refunded when returned in same condition . Reservation includes your event day rental and installing them. Photos will be taken of the extensions, clips-on's to document the condition of the extensions.
Our Commitment
All clip-in and Halo extensions are thoroughly disinfected, UV Sanitized, shampooed and conditioned between clients. You do not have to clean them or worry about a thing!
Easy To Return
Client will need to mail them back with tracking via, Fedex, UPS, or USPS. Extensions must be postmarked and returned within
10 days. If you don't return them, we will assume you love them and wish to keep them and will not receive your deposit back.
Get Your Deposit Back
Upon receipt, the extensions will be inspected to ensure there is no damage, discoloration, missing pieces. If extensions are returned damage free and in the condition they were received, the $100 deposit will be refunded.
